For local residents (Northamptonshire) our technicians will provide an onsite repair for you at a location of your choice and at a time that suits you. We can repair your device at your office, home or any location that is convenient. Please note: Tablets are not included in call out repairs as greater time and parts are required.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs*, We hope this will reassure you that in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your repair, you can simply let us know and we will do everything we can to have this resolved as a matter of urgency and returned back to you. Please note warranty repairs can only be carried out once confirmed that the parts repaired are the same fitted by our technician and also that the device has not been dropped or has a fault as a result of a further accident (e.g Water Damaged, Parts tampered with).
For mail in repairs we cover the whole of the UK, A local call out service is available within Northamptonshire.
Yes in most cases. With our Call Out phone repair service we can normally get a technician out to you the same day to repair your device. Please note this is within Northamptonshire only.
Our company offers a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you will not be charged. For a Call Out repair, if the technician cannot repair your device you don't need to pay anything.  With a Mail In repair, if you have already paid for a repair and we are unable to repair your device we will refund you the cost of your repair. We do however require you pay the postage charge to send it back to you as we send it by tracked & insured courier. (Usual cost of £4.99)
Unfortunately this is something we do not repair, in many cases water damaged phones become un-repairable and are not able to be returned to their original state.

Yes it will void the manufacturer’s warranty, however accidental damage is outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. For example, if you break the screen on your device this is outside the manufacturer’s warranty anyway so you may as well proceed with the repair yourself.
Absolutely, however we will always recommend you back up your data as a precaution. We cannot be held responsible for loss of data so please do ensure this is backed up before sending to our repair centre.
Absolutely nothing, please keep your cases, sim cards, chargers – We are able to complete the repair without any of the items and actually recommend you hold onto these.
We offer a speedy and efficient service. Most repairs are carried out within 24 - 48 hours upon receiving your device; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. If there is a delay for any reason, will keep you fully informed. For onsite repairs this generally will take less than 1 hour.
We take all major credit and debits cards via Paypal. We also accept cash of bank transfer if preferred; unfortunately we can not accept cheques.
Yes all prices given on our website include 20% VAT.

We recommend that your device is sent via a method which is tracked and insured. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it arrives with us safely.
